NexaTvPlayer'a ("biz", "tarafımız" veya "uygulama") hoş geldiniz! Bu kullanım koşulları ("Koşullar"), sizin ile geliştirici arasındaki yasal anlaşmayı oluşturur. Uygulamayı kullanarak veya indirerek bu Koşulları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
NexaTvPlayer, kullanıcıların kendi IPTV aboneliklerini görüntüleyebildiği bir medya oynatıcı uygulamasıdır. Uygulama aşağıdaki özellikleri sunar:
- Xtream Codes, M3U/M3U8 ve Stalker Portal desteği
- Canlı TV yayını oynatma
- Film ve dizi izleme (VOD)
- EPG (Elektronik Program Rehberi)
- Android Telefon, Tablet ve Android TV desteği
- Çoklu profil desteği
- Ebeveyn kontrolü
⚠️ Önemli: NexaTvPlayer içerik sağlamaz. Yalnızca bir medya oynatıcısıdır. Uygulama içinde hiçbir TV kanalı, film veya dizi önceden yüklenmiş olarak gelmez. Tüm içerikler, kullanıcının kendi sağladığı IPTV aboneliklerinden gelir. Uygulama, herhangi bir içeriğin yasallığından, kalitesinden veya kullanılabilirliğinden sorumlu değildir.
2. Yaş Şartı ve Hesap Oluşturma
NexaTvPlayer'ı kullanmak için:
- 18 yaşından büyük olmalısınız, VEYA
- 13 yaşından büyük olup ebeveyn/vasi onayınızla kullanıyor olmalısınız
- Yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir sözleşme yapma yetkisine sahip olmalısınız
- Geçerli bir e-posta adresi sağlamalısınız
- Bulunduğunuz ülkenin yasalarına göre uygulamayı kullanma hakkına sahip olmalısınız
Hesap bilgilerinizin (e-posta, şifre) gizliliğinden ve hesabınızdan yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızın izinsiz kullanıldığını fark ederseniz derhal bize bildirin.
3. Lisans Verme
Bu Koşullara uymanız şartıyla size, NexaTvPlayer uygulamasını kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, iptal edilebilir bir lisans veriyoruz.
4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymalısınız:
- Yalnızca yasal olarak edindiğiniz IPTV aboneliklerini kullanın
- Telif haklarına ve fikri mülkiyete saygı gösterin
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmayın
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atan eylemlerde bulunmayın
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmayın, kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışmayın, değiştirmeyin
- Hesabınızı başkalarıyla paylaşmayın veya satmayın
- Sunucularımıza veya altyapımıza zarar verecek eylemlerde bulunmayın
- Birden fazla cihazda tek bir abonelikle orantısız şekilde kullanmayın
- Otomatik botlar, scriptler veya kazıyıcılar kullanmayın
5. Yasaklı Davranışlar
Aşağıdaki amaçlar için uygulamayı kullanamazsınız:
- Korsan veya yasa dışı içeriklere erişim
- Telif hakkı ihlali içeren yayınların dağıtımı
- Kendi adınız altında olmayan IPTV aboneliklerinin kullanımı
- Diğer kullanıcılara zarar verme, taciz etme veya tehdit etme
- Sahte hesap oluşturma veya kimlik sahtekarlığı
- Spam, kötü amaçlı yazılım yayma veya kötüye kullanım
- Yasalara aykırı herhangi bir faaliyet
- Uygulamayı yeniden dağıtma, satma veya alt-lisanslama
6. IPTV İçeriği Hakkında
Kullanıcı, kendi IPTV abonelik sağlayıcısından aldığı içeriğin yasallığından tamamen kendisi sorumludur. NexaTvPlayer:
- IPTV içeriğini sağlamaz, hazırlamaz, saklamaz veya iletmez
- Kullanıcının eklediği kaynakları denetlemez veya onaylamaz
- İçerik sunucularının düzgün çalışmasını garanti etmez
Korsan yayın tespit edildiğinde veya yasal uyarı alındığında, ilgili hesap uyarı yapılmaksızın askıya alınabilir veya silinebilir.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
NexaTvPlayer uygulaması, logosu, marka adı, tasarımı, kullanıcı arayüzü ve kaynak kodu geliştiricinin özel mülkiyetidir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ve uluslararası telif hakkı yasaları ile korunmaktadır.
Aşağıdaki eylemler yasaktır:
- Uygulamayı kopyalamak, çoğaltmak veya değiştirmek
- Uygulamanın bir kısmını veya tamamını başka bir ürüne dahil etmek
- Ticari amaçla uygulamayı yeniden paketlemek veya satmak
- "NexaTvPlayer" adını veya logosunu izinsiz kullanmak
8. Abonelikler ve Ücretlendirme
NexaTvPlayer'ın temel özellikleri ücretsiz kullanılabilir. Bazı premium özellikler aylık veya yıllık abonelik gerektirebilir:
- Abonelik ücretleri uygulama içinde açıkça belirtilir
- Abonelikler otomatik yenilenebilir
- İptal talepleri Google Play Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yapılır (uygulamadan değil)
- Ücret iadeleri Google Play Store politikalarına tabidir
- Belirli bir süre içinde iptal edilmeyen abonelikler otomatik yenilenir
- Fiyatlar önceden bildirilerek değişebilir
9. Sorumluluk Reddi (Disclaimers)
UYGULAMA "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT ŞEKİLDE" SUNULMAKTADIR. Geliştirici, yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti vermez, aşağıdakiler dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere:
- Belirli bir amaca uygunluk
- Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma
- Virüs veya diğer zararlı bileşenlerden arındırılmış olma
- Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinin (IPTV sağlayıcılar) sürekli kullanılabilirliği
10. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, geliştirici aşağıdaki durumlardan sorumlu tutulamaz:
- Uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlar
- Veri kaybı, kar kaybı veya iş kesintisi
- Üçüncü taraf IPTV sağlayıcılarının eylem veya ihmallerinden doğan zararlar
- Kullanıcının yasa dışı içerik kullanımından doğan yasal sorumluluk
Her durumda, toplam sorumluluk, son 12 ayda uygulamaya ödediğiniz miktarla sınırlıdır.
11. Tazminat
Uygulamayı bu Koşullara aykırı kullanımınız nedeniyle oluşabilecek tüm talep, kayıp, zarar, yükümlülük ve masraflara karşı geliştiriciyi tazmin etmeyi ve zarardan korumayı kabul edersiniz.
12. Hizmetin Durdurulması ve Sonlandırılması
Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı uyarı yapmadan askıya alabilir, kısıtlayabilir veya silebiliriz:
- Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz
- Yasadışı faaliyetlere karışmanız
- Sistemlerimize zarar vermeye çalışmanız
- Hesabınızı ticari olarak kötüye kullanmanız
- Yasal bir kuruluştan uyarı gelmesi
Sonlandırma durumunda, aboneliğinizden kalan süre için iade yapılmaz.
13. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Bu Koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler olduğunda:
- "Son Güncelleme" tarihi değişir
- Uygulama içinde bildirim gösterilir
- Kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bilgilendirme gönderilir
Güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul etmemeniz durumunda uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmalısınız.
14. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yargı Yetkisi
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalar uyarınca yorumlanır. Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık durumunda Türkiye mahkemeleri münhasıran yetkilidir.
15. Çeşitli Hükümler
- Bölünebilirlik: Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hükmü geçersiz sayılırsa, kalan hükümler yürürlükte kalır.
- Feragat yok: Bir hakkın kullanılmaması, o haktan feragat edildiği anlamına gelmez.
- Tüm anlaşma: Bu Koşullar ve Gizlilik Politikası, taraflar arasındaki tüm anlaşmayı oluşturur.
- Devir: Haklarınızı veya yükümlülüklerinizi yazılı onayımız olmadan devredemezsiniz.

1. Service Description
NexaTvPlayer is a media player application that allows users to view their own IPTV subscriptions. The app provides the following features:
- Xtream Codes, M3U/M3U8 and Stalker Portal support
- Live TV streaming
- Movies and series (VOD)
- EPG (Electronic Program Guide)
- Android Phone, Tablet and Android TV support
- Multi-profile support
- Parental controls
⚠️ Important: NexaTvPlayer does not provide content. It is only a media player. No TV channels, movies, or series come pre-loaded in the app. All content comes from IPTV subscriptions provided by the user themselves. The app is not responsible for the legality, quality, or availability of any content.
2. Age Requirement and Account Creation
To use NexaTvPlayer:
- You must be over 18 years old, OR
- Over 13 years old with parental/guardian consent
- You must have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
- You must provide a valid email address
- You must have the right to use the app under the laws of your country
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password) and all activities on your account. Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized use.
3. License Grant

- Spam, malware distribution, or abuse

6. About IPTV Content
The user is entirely responsible for the legality of content obtained from their IPTV subscription provider. NexaTvPlayer:
- Does not provide, prepare, store, or transmit IPTV content
- Does not monitor or approve sources added by the user
- Does not guarantee the proper functioning of content servers
When pirated streams are detected or a legal notice is received, the relevant account may be suspended or deleted without warning.
7. Intellectual Property
The NexaTvPlayer application, logo, brand name, design, user interface, and source code are the exclusive property of the developer. It is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Turkey and international laws.
The following actions are prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, or modifying the app
- Incorporating part or all of the app into another product
- Repackaging or selling the app for commercial purposes
- Unauthorized use of the "NexaTvPlayer" name or logo
8. Subscriptions and Pricing
Basic features of NexaTvPlayer are available for free. Some premium features may require a monthly or annual subscription:
- Subscription fees are clearly stated within the app
- Subscriptions may auto-renew
- Cancellation requests are made through your Google Play Store account settings (not the app)
- Refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies
- Subscriptions not canceled within a specific period auto-renew
- Prices may change with prior notice
9. Disclaimers
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Being free of viruses or other harmful components
- Continuous availability of third-party services (IPTV providers)
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application
- Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
- Damages arising from the actions or omissions of third-party IPTV providers
- Legal liability arising from the user's illegal content usage
In any case, total liability is limited to the amount you paid to the app in the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the application in violation of these Terms.
12. Service Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or delete your account without notice in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Involvement in illegal activities
- Attempting to harm our systems
- Commercial abuse of your account
- Receipt of a warning from a legal entity
No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period in case of termination.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When significant changes occur:
- The "Last Updated" date changes
- Notification is shown within the app
- Notification is sent to your registered email address
If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the application.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, Turkish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Miscellaneous Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: The non-exercise of a right does not mean waiver of that right.

2. Exigence d'Âge et Création de Compte

- Vous devez fournir une adresse e-mail valide

- Toute activité contraire aux lois
- Redistribuer, vendre ou sous-licencier l'application
6. À Propos du Contenu IPTV
L'utilisateur est entièrement responsable de la légalité du contenu obtenu de son fournisseur d'abonnement IPTV. NexaTvPlayer :
- Ne fournit pas, ne prépare pas, ne stocke pas ou ne transmet pas de contenu IPTV
- Ne surveille pas ou n'approuve pas les sources ajoutées par l'utilisateur
- Ne garantit pas le bon fonctionnement des serveurs de contenu
Lorsque des flux piratés sont détectés ou qu'un avis légal est reçu, le compte concerné peut être suspendu ou supprimé sans avertissement.
7. Propriété Intellectuelle
L'application NexaTvPlayer, son logo, son nom de marque, sa conception, son interface utilisateur et son code source sont la propriété exclusive du développeur. Ils sont protégés par les lois sur le droit d'auteur de la République de Turquie et internationales.
8. Abonnements et Tarifs
Les fonctionnalités de base de NexaTvPlayer sont gratuites. Certaines fonctionnalités premium peuvent nécessiter un abonnement mensuel ou annuel :
- Les frais d'abonnement sont clairement indiqués dans l'application
- Les abonnements peuvent se renouveler automatiquement
- Les demandes d'annulation sont effectuées via les paramètres de votre compte Google Play Store
- Les remboursements sont soumis aux politiques du Google Play Store
9. Avis de Non-Responsabilité
L'APPLICATION EST FOURNIE "TELLE QUELLE" ET "SELON DISPONIBILITÉ". Dans la plus large mesure permise par la loi, le développeur ne donne aucune garantie, expresse ou implicite, y compris mais non limité à : adéquation à un usage particulier, fonctionnement ininterrompu ou sans erreur, absence de virus ou autres composants nuisibles, disponibilité continue des services tiers.
10. Limitation de Responsabilité
Dans la plus large mesure permise par la loi, le développeur n'est pas responsable des dommages directs, indirects, accessoires, spéciaux ou consécutifs découlant de l'utilisation de l'application, de la perte de données ou de profits, des actions de fournisseurs IPTV tiers, ou de la responsabilité légale découlant de l'utilisation de contenu illégal par l'utilisateur.
11. Indemnisation
Vous acceptez d'indemniser et de tenir le développeur indemne de toutes réclamations, pertes, dommages, responsabilités et dépenses découlant de votre utilisation de l'application en violation de ces Conditions.
12. Suspension et Résiliation du Service
Nous pouvons suspendre, restreindre ou supprimer votre compte sans préavis en cas de : violation de ces Conditions, implication dans des activités illégales, tentative de nuire à nos systèmes, abus commercial de votre compte.
13. Modifications des Conditions
Ces Conditions peuvent être mises à jour. Les changements importants sont notifiés via la date de "Dernière Mise à Jour", dans l'application et par e-mail.
14. Droit Applicable et Juridiction
Ces Conditions sont soumises aux lois de la République de Turquie. En cas de litige, les tribunaux turcs ont une compétence exclusive.
15. Dispositions Diverses
- Divisibilité : Si une disposition est invalide, les autres restent en vigueur.
- Pas de renonciation : Le non-exercice d'un droit n'équivaut pas à la renonciation.

2. Altersanforderung und Kontoerstellung
- Sie müssen über 18 Jahre alt sein ODER

4. Benutzerverantwortlichkeiten
- Nutzen Sie nur rechtmäßig erworbene IPTV-Abonnements
- Respektieren Sie Urheberrechte und geistiges Eigentum
- Nutzen Sie die App nicht für illegale Zwecke
- Führen Sie keine Aktionen aus, die die Sicherheit der App beeinträchtigen
- Führen Sie kein Reverse Engineering durch, modifizieren Sie nicht und versuchen Sie nicht, den Quellcode zu extrahieren
- Teilen oder verkaufen Sie Ihr Konto nicht

5. Verbotenes Verhalten

- Jegliche gesetzwidrige Aktivität
6. Zu IPTV-Inhalten

11. Schadloshaltung
Sie stimmen zu, den Entwickler von allen Ansprüchen, Verlusten und Schäden schadlos zu halten, die aus Ihrer Nutzung der Anwendung in Verletzung dieser Bedingungen entstehen.
12. Dienstaussetzung und Kündigung
Wir können Ihr Konto ohne Vorankündigung aussetzen oder löschen bei Verletzung dieser Bedingungen, illegalen Aktivitäten, Versuchen, unsere Systeme zu schädigen, oder kommerziellem Missbrauch.
13. Änderungen der Bedingungen
Diese Bedingungen können von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisiert werden. Wichtige Änderungen werden im App und per E-Mail mitgeteilt.
14. Geltendes Recht und Gerichtsstand
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen der Republik Türkei. Bei Streitigkeiten sind türkische Gerichte ausschließlich zuständig.

NexaTvPlayer es una aplicación reproductor multimedia que permite a los usuarios visualizar sus propias suscripciones IPTV. La aplicación ofrece las siguientes funciones:
- Soporte para Xtream Codes, M3U/M3U8 y Stalker Portal
- Transmisión de TV en vivo
- Películas y series (VOD)
- EPG (Guía Electrónica de Programación)
- Soporte para Android Phone, Tablet y Android TV
- Soporte multi-perfil
- Controles parentales
⚠️ Importante: NexaTvPlayer no proporciona contenido. Es solo un reproductor multimedia. No vienen canales TV, películas o series pre-cargadas en la aplicación. Todo el contenido proviene de suscripciones IPTV proporcionadas por el propio usuario.
2. Requisito de Edad y Creación de Cuenta
- Debe tener más de 18 años, O
- Más de 13 años con consentimiento parental/tutor
- Debe tener la autoridad legal para celebrar un contrato
- Debe proporcionar una dirección de correo electrónico válida
- Debe tener el derecho de usar la aplicación según las leyes de su país
3. Concesión de Licencia
Sujeto a su cumplimiento de estos Términos, le otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible, revocable para usar la aplicación NexaTvPlayer con fines personales y no comerciales.
4. Responsabilidades del Usuario
- Use solo suscripciones IPTV adquiridas legalmente
- Respete los derechos de autor y la propiedad intelectual
- No use la aplicación con fines ilegales
- No realice acciones que comprometan la seguridad de la aplicación
- No realice ingeniería inversa, modifique o intente extraer el código fuente
- No comparta ni venda su cuenta

5. Conductas Prohibidas
No puede usar la aplicación para acceder a contenido pirata o ilegal, distribuir transmisiones que infrinjan derechos de autor, usar suscripciones IPTV que no estén a su nombre, dañar o acosar a otros usuarios, crear cuentas falsas, spam o abuso, o cualquier actividad contraria a las leyes.
6. Sobre el Contenido IPTV
El usuario es totalmente responsable de la legalidad del contenido obtenido de su proveedor de suscripción IPTV. NexaTvPlayer no proporciona, prepara, almacena ni transmite contenido IPTV.
7. Propiedad Intelectual
La aplicación NexaTvPlayer, su logotipo, nombre de marca, diseño y código fuente son propiedad exclusiva del desarrollador.
8. Suscripciones y Precios
- Las tarifas de suscripción se indican claramente dentro de la aplicación
- Las suscripciones pueden renovarse automáticamente
- Las solicitudes de cancelación se realizan a través de la configuración de su cuenta de Google Play Store
- Los reembolsos están sujetos a las políticas de Google Play Store
9. Descargos de Responsabilidad
LA APLICACIÓN SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD". El desarrollador no ofrece garantías expresas o implícitas.
10. Limitación de Responsabilidad
El desarrollador no será responsable de daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la aplicación.
11. Indemnización
Usted acepta indemnizar y mantener indemne al desarrollador de cualquier reclamación, pérdida o daño derivado de su uso de la aplicación en violación de estos Términos.
12. Suspensión y Terminación del Servicio
Podemos suspender o eliminar su cuenta sin previo aviso en caso de violación de estos Términos, actividades ilegales, intentos de dañar nuestros sistemas o abuso comercial.
13. Cambios en los Términos
Estos Términos pueden actualizarse ocasionalmente. Los cambios importantes se notificarán a través de la fecha de "Última Actualización", dentro de la aplicación y por correo electrónico.
14. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción
Estos Términos están sujetos a las leyes de la República de Turquía. En caso de disputa, los tribunales turcos tienen jurisdicción exclusiva.
15. Disposiciones Varias
- Divisibilidad: Si alguna disposición es inválida, las demás permanecen en vigor.
- Sin renuncia: El no ejercicio de un derecho no significa renuncia.

لا يجوز لك استخدام التطبيق للوصول إلى المحتوى المقرصن أو غير القانوني، أو توزيع البث الذي ينتهك حقوق النشر، أو استخدام اشتراكات IPTV ليست باسمك، أو الإساءة إلى المستخدمين الآخرين، أو إنشاء حسابات مزيفة، أو البريد المزعج أو إساءة الاستخدام.
6. حول محتوى IPTV
المستخدم مسؤول بالكامل عن قانونية المحتوى الذي يتم الحصول عليه من موفر اشتراك IPTV الخاص به. NexaTvPlayer لا يوفر أو يعد أو يخزن أو ينقل محتوى IPTV.
7. الملكية الفكرية
تطبيق NexaTvPlayer وشعاره واسم العلامة التجارية والتصميم ورمز المصدر هي الملكية الحصرية للمطور.
8. الاشتراكات والتسعير
- يتم توضيح رسوم الاشتراك بوضوح داخل التطبيق
- قد تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا
- يتم تقديم طلبات الإلغاء من خلال إعدادات حساب Google Play Store
- تخضع المبالغ المستردة لسياسات Google Play Store
9. إخلاء المسؤولية
يتم توفير التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب المتاح". لا يقدم المطور أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.
10. تحديد المسؤولية
لن يكون المطور مسؤولاً عن الأضرار المباشرة أو غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدام التطبيق.
11. التعويض
توافق على تعويض وحماية المطور من جميع المطالبات والخسائر والأضرار الناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق في انتهاك لهذه الشروط.
12. تعليق الخدمة وإنهاؤها
يجوز لنا تعليق أو حذف حسابك دون إشعار في حالة انتهاك هذه الشروط، أو الأنشطة غير القانونية، أو محاولات الإضرار بأنظمتنا، أو إساءة الاستخدام التجاري.
13. التغييرات في الشروط
قد يتم تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. يتم الإبلاغ عن التغييرات المهمة عبر تاريخ "آخر تحديث"، داخل التطبيق وعبر البريد الإلكتروني.
14. القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية تركيا. في حالة أي نزاع، تكون المحاكم التركية ذات اختصاص حصري.
15. أحكام متنوعة
- قابلية الفصل: إذا كان أي حكم غير صالح، تبقى الأحكام المتبقية سارية.
- لا تنازل: عدم ممارسة الحق لا يعني التنازل عنه.
- الاتفاقية الكاملة: تشكل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية الاتفاقية الكاملة.
